Removing rotor end rings from old rotor shaft
Staggering and cleaning of rotor stampings
Inserting rotor Cleaned stamping and re staggering them into rotor shaft
Pressing of stamping over rotor using hydraulic press and special clamping arrangement
Copper bars of rotor winding in shape ready for inserting

Making Insulation between end circuit joints
Connection are made and resin glass binding is carried out on overhang portion of winding.
